¿Qué dimensiones y peso tiene el jamón?
Un jamón mide 70 x 20 cm y pesa cerca de 300 gramos (27 x 8 pulgadas y cerca de 0,67 libras).
¿Cómo se hace el envío de mi jamón?
Pedidos dentro de España se envían por courier privado y la entrega es muy rápida.
Los envíos fuera de España se hacen por Correos de España, como carta certificada con un código de seguimiento.
Un jamón cabe, dobladito, dentro de un sobre tamaño A3.
Dos jamones caben dentro de dos sobres A3, uno dentro del otro, para hacer un solo paquete.
Tres jamones caben dentro de dos sobres A3, pero primero lo metemos en una bolsa plástica a la que extraemos el aire con la aspiradora.
¿Podéis enviar mi jamón por servicio de envíos privado?
Sí, en lugar de hacer la compra por la tienda, escríbenos un email para ponernos de acuerdo en el servicio de envíos que deseas, urgencia, tarifas, etc. Una vez acordado, te daremos instrucciones para hacer la transferencia del importe total directamente desde PayPal.
¿Qué hago si mi país no aparece en la lista?
Si tu país no aparece en la lista, ¡escríbenos! Tal vez se nos lo saltamos sin querer, o tal vez no creemos en la fiabilidad del servicio de correos del país. Cualquiera que sea el caso, podemos encontrar la manera de resolverlo.
¿Cuándo se enviará mi jamón?
Normalmente el jamón se lleva a Correos el día después de recibir el pedido. Si el pedido lo recibimos temprano, puede que ese mismo día vayamos a Correos. Esto, por supuesto, no ocurre los fines de semana.
Si el pedido se realiza un sábado o un domingo, lo más probable es que hagamos el envío el siguiente lunes.
¿Sabré que mi jamón ha sido enviado?
¡Por supuesto! Luego de llevar el jamón a Correos, te enviamos un email con la noticia y con el código de seguimiento.
¿Cuánto tardará mi jamón en llegar?
Pedidos dentro de España son entregados en menos de cuatro días hábiles.
Pedidos internacionales se envían por correo ordinario y por ello no podemos garantizar un plazo de entrega. Normalemente tardan alrededor de 10 días dentro de la UE y entre 15 y 20 días en países con aduanas. Hasta ahora no ha habido ningún problema, pero la aduana de un país puede decidir retener un paquete más tiempo del que nos gustaría.
¿Cuál es la política de devoluciones?
A menos que haya un defecto horroroso con el jamón, no aceptamos devoluciones. ¡Esto es muy improbable ya que nosotros mismos elegimos y empaquetamos tu jamón!
¿Qué pasa si mi jamón no llega jamás?
Este es un escenario algo antipático. Solo nos ha ocurrido dos veces en más de tres años, pero existe la posibilidad. Si esto ocurriera con tu pedido, contáctanos y haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo en encontrar una solución satisfactoria para todos.
¿Puedo lavar mi jamón?
Puedes lavarlo completo, aunque recomendamos que saques el relleno antes de meterlo en la lavadora. De esta manera el relleno no se apelmaza y el jamón seguirá esponjoso.

What are the dimensions and weigh of the ham?
One ham measures 70 x 20 cm and weighs around 300 grams (27 x 8 inches and around 0,67 pounds).
How will my ham be shipped?
Orders within Spain are shipped by private courier and are delivered in a zippy.
All orders outside of Spain are sent by ordinary post via Correos de España (the Royal spanish postal service), certified with a tracking code.
A single ham fits, with the tip folded, into a A3 envelope.
Two hams fit into two A3 envelopes, one into the other to make a single package.
Three hams go into two A3 envelopes, but in order to fit it and save you and I money, we place them first into a plastic bag and take the air out with the vaccum cleaner.
Can I request delivery by private courier?
Yes, instead of buying through the store, write us an email to agree on the private courier of your choice, urgency, fees, etc. Once agreed, we will give you instructions to do the total transfer directly into our PayPal account.
What if my country is not on the list?
If your country is not on our list, write us! It could be we skipped it, or perhaps we’re not too sure about the efficiency of your country’s postal service. Whatever the case, we can find a way to solve it.
When will my ham be shipped?
The ham is usually shipped the day after your purchase. If we receive the order early, we might even go to the post office that same day. This, of course, does not apply on weekends: If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, the shipping will most likely be done on Monday.
Will I know that my ham has been shipped?
Of course!. Right after placing the ham in the mail, we send you an email giving you the news and your tracking code.
How long will it take for my ham to arrive?
Orders within Spain arrive after four days at the latest.
International orders are shipped by ordinary mail and therefore we can not guarantee any length of time. More or less it takes 10 days within the EU and around 15 – 20 days for destinations with customs. So far there hasn’t been any trouble, but customs could decide to retain the package longer than we would like.
What is your return policy?
Unless there is a real defect with the ham, we do not accept returns. This is very unlikely since pick your ham and ship it ourselves!
What if my ham doesn’t arrive, ever?!?!?
This is a bitchy scenario. It has only happened twice in over three years of business, but it is a possibility.
If this were to happen to you, let us know and we will do our best to arrive at a satisfactory solution for all of us.
Can I wash my ham?
You can wash it, though we recommend you pull out the stuffing before throwing it in the washer. This way you make sure the fibers keep their fluffiness.
